Trend trading is conducted through extensive technical analysis which includes the analysis of both chart patterns and technical indicators. <\/span><\/p>\n

When a trend is indicated, a trader is better able to forecast where the price is likely to move, and by how much it might move. <\/span><\/p>\n

However, determining trends through technical analysis is not the single indicator for future price movements. Things like risk management and trading psychology must be taken into consideration as well.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
